Auto Engineers has state of the art facilities for the manufacture
of high tensile fasteners. Totally integrated, the plant have the
facilities to handle the complete manufacturing process required for
fasteners i.e., starting from wire processing to surface finishing and
even tool manufacture are done in-house which ensures total control.
Equipments Cold Forging
Cold Forging section, We are equipped with Bolt Makers, Nut Former, Auto
Tapping, Machines, Wire Drawing Machine & Thread Rolling Machines.
Machined items, We are equipped with Auto nut Cutting machines (1/2' to
100mm capacity), Copy turning, CNC tuning centers, Milling Machines,
Drilling Machines, Centreless Grinders, Special Purpose Machines for
Multi Drilling, Induction Heating Equipment. Internal & External thread
milling machines, Semi auto lathes, Drilling machines & Surface
Heat Treatments Furnaces
The heat treatment is done
in continuous atmosphere controlled furnaces. In-process controls like
CP monitors, Temperature controller & recorders, Infrared gas analyzer
ensure consistent metallurgical properties.
Precision Auto Engineers has in-house facilities to offer a variety of surface finish options to
their customers. The facilities include microprocessor controlled
Automated Zinc Phospahte Lines, Zinc Plating Lines and Dacromet
Coating Lines. The surface finishing facilities are also equipped with
baking ovens to take care of the hydrogen de-embrittlement process.
High Tensile Fastener
being a tool intensive industry Precision Auto Engineers has invested in
excellent tool rooms in all the manufacturing locations. All tools are
made in-house. The facilities in tool room include coating and Cryogenic
treatment equipment. In-house tool manufacturing ensures faster
development of special fasteners and gives Precision Auto Engineers an
edge over competition in offering a wide range of complicated parts.
